Browsers displays all the documents entered done in the system. Various filter option are available in the browser like-
Date Range - Select date range as per requirement
Unit - Select unit for which the browser is to be displayed
View - Browsers have Default and Detail view.
* Default view shows the document details at the header level
* Detail view shows the document details at header and items level
In the browser, user can also edit the document which have “draft/pending” status by clicking on a particular document if user is authorized to edit/modify that document.
User can also edit the document which have "posted" status if only the successor document is not generated by clicking on a particular document
If a successor document is generated then in that case user will not be able to add items, modify item or remove them.
When the view of a particular document appears, by clicking on the 'modify' button on the top panel, user can edit the document.
User can Reject the document by clicking on the document and clicking on the 'Reject' button available on the top panel.
User can Submit the document by clicking on the document and clicking on the 'Submit' button available on the top panel.
In the same view screen 'Add New' button is available which on click opens the screen for new entry.
User can view the documents which are approved/cancelled/rejected/closed by clicking on a particular document
