Customer

Customer is treated as an external entity in the system. In this definition you can define new customers and also can modify the details of existing customers.
There are some predefined customer type in the system such as:

Select status of the customer - Open/Closed
 
KEY FEATURES
  • Promocode - User can also attach a sales Promotion code/discount (Promocode) with the customer and set credit limit for the customer. Refer <Promocode definition> for details.
     
  • Customer Type - There are some predefined customer type such as Export, Retail, Wholesale, Distributor, POS (so on). User can also attach a pricelist for each Customer Type. Refer <Customer Type> definition for details.
