After you're logged in successfully you'll see the home page which consists of the following main modules:

1. Finance: iReckoner Financials enables you to plan and control resources by keeping track of all transactions that may affect your financial indicators. It organises information flow across the organization and the necessary reporting to a structure designed by your organization through a system of Definitions.

2. Sales: The sales process in iReckoner covers pre-sales, sales and sales accounting operations in the sales cycle. It starts from capturing the customer requirements in the form of enquiry to sales quotation which is sent to the customer. Once the customer agrees on the quotation, sales order is generated which in turn is dispatched and then invoiced to the customer.

3. Purchase: Purchase process starts from a request for specific items in the form of requisition to purchase rfq which is sent to the supplier. Then, the supplier sends vendor quotation, once the customer agrees on the quotation, purchase order is generated. A GRN is generated to confirm all goods received in the Warehouse/Store which in turn in turn leads to invoice raised to the customer.

4. Inventory: The iReckoner Inventory module helps in the planning and control of inventory, purchase, goods receipt and material issue. This module enables efficient buying, stocking, and handling of stock assets. This results in the purchase of the right items in the right quantities at the right time and prices. Different departments send requisition to the purchase department. There are material issue and stock transfer generated in the system. Stores receive the material through GRN.

5. Payroll: This allows user to manage organisations's manpower allocation, transfer, employee leaves and attendance, loan, salary processing and personnel administration all at a single platform

6. Production: Helps the organization optimize the entire production process with reduced production cost.
