Add New User can make new entry from here. For eg if user wants to define new customer, item, supplier, warehouse etc
Modify User can make a new entry from here
Save User can make a new entry from here
Reject User can Reject a document by clicking on the Reject button
Submit User can Submit the document from here if the document is in draft or pending state
Close User can close the document/definition screen directly from here
Reset User can reset definition screen or document screen if they are not saved
Print/Export User can print the document directly from here
PrintPreView This option shows the Print Preview of the document
Excel, Word, PDF, Xml and Html These options let you export your document in the available formats like Excel, Word, PDF, Xml and Html
Edit Layout User can make some changes in the layout by clicking here on Edit layout
Save Layout If user make any changes in the layout then after making the changes user needs to save the layout so as the changes stay in the system when you login again in the system
Speed This options shows you the current speed of iReckoner, double click on the button and it'll show you furthur details. File SIze/Download Time= Speed
Template Reset Template Reset lets user reset the template to default
Master Reset Master reset
Calculator It is a shortcut to open calculator
Get Stock User can use Get stock option to know the status of the stock. User can use this function in Sales Dispatch, GRN, Material issue etc.
Calculate The calculate button lets you calculate the tax in documents
Themes User can change the theme of iReckoner from here
Color Mixer It lets you customise iReckoner theme
Who Am I Who Am I gives you information like your login Id, name, db name, web service, Logged in System information and the iReckoner version that you're using
Help This option will open you the User Guide for iReckoner
Log Off User can log out of the system by clicking on Log Off button
