In party definition, different parties like customer, supplier, agent etc can be defined.

Type

Select the type of party that is to be defined like - Customer, Supplier, Transporter, Executive,Agent etc

Name

Enter party name

Status

Select party status - Open/Closed

Currency

Select currency

KEY FEATURES

Group - Select the party group to which this party is to be attached
Territory - Select the territory of the particular party.
Credit Limit - Enter the amount upto which the maximum transaction can be made
Account - Select the account for the particular party

While defining party, address info, payment info etc can also be entered in the address and payment tab.
