Using PriceList definition, you can define price list for different customer types(Whole seller, Distributor, Retailer etc). The price list is applicable on the customer type. The Price List contains the price of all the sales products. Further, the validity of the price lists can also be defined for a particular period by setting effective start and end dates. There can be only one pricelist applicable for a customer type for a given period. If price list is attached with the customer based on its customer type then only those items will be displayed at the time of sales quotation/order/invoice.
If price list is expired or not attached with the customer at the time of Sales Quotation/Order/Invoice it will pick sales price which is defined in the item definition.
Price List type - Select the type of pricelist to be defined like Sales, Purchase, Warehouse
Start date and End Date - Select start and end date of the pricelist. The pricelist will be active only for this period.
Currency Id - Select the currency that is to be used during transactions
Customer Type - Select customer type to which the pricelist is to be attached
From item tab select the items that is to be attached with the pricelist. Mention the price of the item if available. If item price is available in the pricelist ,during sales process if that item is selected then the price in the pricelist will be displayed.
iReckoner has the flexibility to renew the existing pricelist. User just need to copy the pricelist from the copy option available in pricelist definition. If this is done then user need to select the pricelist from dropdown and enter increased amount in the price for that particular items
User can add conditions such as applicable when - With the help of Applicable When user can specify when this pricelist should be applicable.
