Users are those employees who are supposed to work on the iReckoner ERP system. In user definition, only System Administrator can define licensed users. If there is any requirement for defining more users than company has to buy more licenses for those users as well.

User Id
Enter a user Id. User will use this user id to login to the system.
Super User is a System Administrator. Power User are those users who have right to access to more than one unit and one module. NormalUsers are those users who can access only single unit transaction e.g. Finance Manager, Sales Executive etc
Super User: (Current SA with limitations)
1. Super user will always have all menus and entities and restrictions will not apply
2. Rights for entity upload, menu access, conditions in documents, template modify.
3. No rights for "Entity" creation
4. Rights for "Document Authorization" & "unpost". But transaction rights are not available like document entry/modify. Save/modify button will be disabled for "Super user".
Power User:(User with role type PU)
1. Menu Accessibility will be applicable (across modules)
2. Entity Definitions rights are available.
3. Transaction rights are available like entry and modify
4. Can't unpost documents.
5. Unable to define/modify process.
Normal User: Department-wise accessibility of single module/menus on which accessibility will work other items same as power user but limited to single module
