Document Stage Link

Document Stage Link Definition is used link authorization stages with the documents. User can link multiple stages with the document.
User can add maximum 4 stages in one document.

Document Stage Link
1 Doc Id
   In the drop down all the documents will be listed. Select the document for which authorization stage is to be linked
2Doc Type
Select Doc Type
3Stage Id
Stages that were defined in stage definition comes here in the drop down and user can select the stage which are applicable on the selected document
4Auths No
This defines the sequence in which authorization stages will be applicable on the document
5Validity days
Enter number of days for which stage will be applicable
