Stage definition is used to define authorization stages. User can also link authorizers. Firstly define the stage and save it. Now, view the saved stage from browser and add authorizers in the authorizers list tab. User can add maximum 5 authorizers in one stage.
Condition - User can add condition with the stage. If user wants to apply authorization on particular condition than he/she can define the condition. There are three pre-defined parameters for defining conditions:
* Amount value - Maximum amount value can be set. If document amount value exceeds the specified value then authorizer will be activated
* Discount - Maximum discount can be set. If document discount value exceeds the specified value then authorizer will be activated
* Credit Limit - Credit limit can be set. If document amount value exceeds the specified value then authorizer will be activated
Assignable By – authorizers assigned by
Approval – It can be All, any1 or any2. If any1 is selected, even if any one authorizer authorizes the document it will be authorized. If any 2 then two authorizers need to authorize then only the document will be authorized. If “All” is selected then all the authorizers defined in the authorizer list have to authorize the document.
